Silverback Segmented Trailer System are suited to 24 pallet curtain side trailer, as an alternate restraining method to using vertical shoring bars for securing general freight of all types.
The main strap a 5.0T strap is connected to head board with rated hammer lock, shackle or custom headboard design and tail is connected to corner post using same methods.
The cross over kits are connected to the tails with rated delta hook from main strap. These are secured over the top of each pallet and tensioned to secure the cargo.
The main strap is pre-fitted to the ratchet so they remain intact during handling or should they loose tension.
All our Ratchet Tie-Downs are designed, manufactured and tested for compliance with AS/NZS 4380:2001 and are backed by the Silverback assurance of quality.
IMPORTANT – Load Restraints are not to be used for lifting applications.
