This range of cabinets provides a fire-resistant enclosure and helps with good housekeeping practices. They are suitable for indoor storage of all flammable and combustible liquids as defined by the United Nations criteria and the Australian ADG Code for Dangerous Goods. For example, Petrol, Diesel, Paints, Solvents, Thinners, Kerosene, Turpentine, White Spirits, Alcohol and Ethanol etc. They are also suitable for the storage of Aerosols where additional fire protection is required.

These indoor Flammable Liquid Storage Cabinets comply with the Australian Standard AS 1940-2017 “The Storage and Handling of Flammable and Combustible Liquids” following the cabinet specifications detailed in Clause 4.9.

FEATURES:

It is constructed of double-walled 1.2mm thick galvanised steel.
Self-closing and self-latching doors with speed adjustable hydraulic closure and held shut automatically per AS1940-2017.
3 point self-latching door mechanism, with an internal door opening latch. (As required by the Standards)
Cabinet doors are fitted with all stainless steel piano hinges for added protection.
Overlap door edging prevents ingress of heat.
1.6mm thick perforated, galvanised steel shelves.
Adjustable shelf heights at 45mm increments.
Each shelf is supplied with a plastic spill tray to contain small spills and leakage.
2 x 50mm vent bungs with steel caps on each side of the units. Each vent incorporates a steel flash arrester.
Recessed handle with keyed alike lock with two keys.
External static earth connection and one earth wire.
Solvent resistant yellow baked powder coated finish.
150mm deep liquid tight sump.
Flammable Liquid diamond and other decals are applied.
Optional additional shelves are available.
All units include sets of 4 rubber feet.
