What does the service include?
  • Kit and equipment cleaned, tidied and replenished (products extra cost)
  • Service Tag clipped and condition report issued
  • Tamper seals checked and replaced if broken or missing
  • Free Toolbox training session. (T&C’s apply)
How is your Service cost calculated?
  • Once we know the site location, number of kits and equipment requiring service and service frequency a Service Contract price is provided.
  • Whilst not as cost-effective as a long term Service Contract Silverback can provide ‘On Demand’ servicing and emergency replenishment.

All replenishment items are charged in addition to per Service Costs.
