General Purpose Absorbent Pads are specifically designed for industrial or mechanical workshops that use non-aggressive chemicals. If you work with water-based fluids, you will need General Purpose Absorbent Pads as the Oil & Fuel Absorbent Pad will not absorb water-based liquids. The General Purpose Absorbent Pad is 500mm x 400mm in size and is 400gsm thick.
General Purpose Absorbents are suitable for Fuels (diesel, petrol, jet fuel), Hydraulic Fluids, Solvents (kerosene, etc.), Ethanol, Methanol, Butanol, Cooking Oils, Paints (water & oil-based), Coolants, Mild Acids & Caustics (below 50% concentrated), Pesticides & Herbicides, Sewage & Sullage, Foodstuffs, General Fluids and Non-hazardous fluids.
