All orders have a shipping & handling cost

At the time of purchase, our shopping cart will provide you with a range of delivery options and costs to choose from or you can select Pick Up from the nearest Silverback Branch and wait to be notified that your order is ready.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Silverback. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Silverback ships Australia-wide, please note that we do not ship internationally, if you are located outside of Australia, please Contact Us to organise an international shipment.

Shipment processing time

All orders made before 2:00 PM are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by specific carriers and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, but generally, orders take 2-3 business days for metro areas around Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide. And up to 3-5 business days for the rest of Australia.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Silverback is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

  1. Subject to the rest of this policy, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of a product, you can contact us within 7 days of taking delivery and return the product. You will then receive a store credit for the purchase price of your product (excluding the initial delivery charges as set out in your order confirmation email).
  2. Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new condition suitable for resale, and must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product.
  3. You must Contact Us within 7 days of taking delivery of your product and request a return under this policy.
  4. If there is no proof of the delivery date it will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the product.
  5. The product must be returned to us within 10 business days of your request to return the product.
  6. You must return the product at your own cost and you must comply with the directions for returning the product that our staff provide to you. The product will remain your responsibility during transit until they are received at the address supplied by our staff. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.
  7. After receiving the returned product, we will issue a store credit as soon as is reasonably practicable and you will be provided with an e-mail acknowledgement.
  8. We reserve the right to make changes to this Change of Mind Policy without notice.
  9. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
