The Silverback Phoenix Cordless Bolt Seal Cutter is a safe, portable, and purpose-built solution designed specifically for the removal of bolt seals.
Unlike traditional heavy manual bolt cutters or angle grinders, the Phoenix Bolt Seal Cutter significantly reduces the risk of strain injuries, eliminates the hazards associated with spinning discs, and greatly minimises the potential for eye injuries caused by flying seal fragments during cutting.
This lightweight yet powerful tool weighs just 3.5 kg and features a rotating cutting head for ease of use in confined spaces. Delivering 19 kN of cutting force, this tool cleanly cuts bolt seals up to 10 mm diameter in under 5 seconds, ensuring fast, controlled, and repeatable operation.
An integrated OLED display provides real-time information including battery charge status, number of cuts completed, and maintenance alerts. Replacement jaws are also available.
