Class 3 flammable liquids produce vapour that can be ignited in air on contact with a suitable ignition source. By definition these must have a flash point of less than or equal to 60.5ºC. The flash point is the temperature at which a liquid can produce enough vapour to ignite.
Eg: Petroleum.
