Class 9 miscellaneous dangerous goods are substances and articles which during transport present a danger or hazard not covered by other classes. This class encompasses, but is not limited to, environmentally hazardous materials, substances that are transported at elevated temperatures, miscellaneous articles and substances, genetically modified organisms and micro-organisms and (depending on the method of transport) magnetised materials and aviation regulated substances. Miscellaneous dangerous goods present a wide array of potential hazards to human health and safety, infrastructure and/or their means of transport.
Eg: Dry Ice, Vehicles, Chemical Kits.
Class 9 Miscellaneous Goods Substance labels are designed to stick to Emergency Information Panels (EIP's), shipping containers, IBC's and hazardous gas substances stored or transported.
ADGC sets out the technical requirements for the transporting of Dangerous Goods. Silverback stocks a wide range of class signs, hazardous labels and placards specifically for the labelling and identification of dangerous goods. Silverback Class 9 Miscellaneous Goods labels comply with ADGC compliance and standards, helping your company follow the chain of responsibility.
