Drive Over Floor Bunding is designed for containment of accidental spills where non-aggressive liquids are being stored. Its constructed with a hand-welded Heavy Duty PVC cover and an internal 100% memory foam insert inside. This provides easy access for trucks and forklifts whilst retaining its shape.
The triangular wedge-shaped profile collapses as vehicles drive over it and spring back to shape. This allows for a steady pass for forklifts without compromising their load as they cross the bunding.
By combining corner pieces with standard 5m or 'made to measure' lengths, this product is easy to customise to meet specific bunding requirements.
Installation is simple. The Bund is secured to the floor with an adhesive glue. For every 10m length, you will require 2 x tubes of adhesive sealant.
For heavy-duty applications, an alluminium flat bar is recommended with dyna bolts drilled every 500mm. Aluminium flat bar not included
