To change your office and shipping address, select MANAGE ADDRESSES from the drop down
Manage Addresses – add 1 or more delivery addresses. These can be selected later when populating the shipping details.
To add or edit USERS. Select the MANAGE USERS dropdown. Manage Users – Add additional users' email and Password details. Select if to be Standard User or Administrator.
Under MANAGE USERS, you can edit emails, passwords, phone numbers, user groups and more.
To check on PREVIOUS ORDERS, select the PREVIOUS ORDERS drop-down Here you will see your full order history View previous orders, and invoices, complete a ‘Quick Order’, view Favourites or any saved carts that have not been progressed to ‘Check Out’.
On the Product pages, you’ll also be able to ADD TO FAVOURITES which will store in MY ACCOUNT under the FAVOURITES drop down.
When you select items and add them to your cart, you can; Check and update or Save the Cart. Option to request a quote for Cart Items or Checkout.
Saved Cart can be restored and have product added or removed, quantities updated or deleted.
With your items saved in your cart, you can also select the REQUEST QUOTE option This will send all product details & quantities to our sales team to come back to you via a formalised quote.
At the checkout stage, you can also add or change your shipping contact and address details. The shipping address will pre-populate if already logged in previously.
